I love this version. That gorgeous smile right at the beginning and the way he looks over to Ava and smiles at her not to mention his brilliant guitar playing and fantastic vocals. I wish he was still with the band. Miss him so much in the band.

Richie is a very underrated guitarist and vocalist. His guitar skill's are very good, but he doesn't get the recognition he deserves. Sure, he may not be as influencial as Eddie Van Halen, or Hendrix, but's he does what he does very well. And his voice, it's very soulful and good. I never knew Ricihe had such a great voice. Anyway, he's underrtaed as far as I'm concerned. And I wish he would release more solo album's. Especially with a cover of this song. It's great.

I'm speechless i must of heard and played that song a 1000 times but like that...man...I 'm not sure if it's sorrow i'm hearing in Richie's voice because he says he dedicates it to his daughter but it does sound better.I have 2 beautiful daughters and dedicate a song to them on stage would really move me and i guess you could hear the dedication in my playing and voice too but who cares about me lol that s just wonderful Mr.sambora,thanks for being the music legend you are and god bless you !!!

They all need each other to survive;just that, they aren't a Van Halen either. Bon Jovi is the singer; Richie Sambora plays the guitar, David Bryan plays Keyboard; and Tico Torres plays the drums, always has been like that, always will be like that. All I can say is this is Bon Jovi is the greatest band of all time, the talent, the tours, the albums, the hits, and the Band itself. This band deserves a nice warm spot in the Rock and Roll Hall of fame........
