When it comes to bape I agree with you about how there are old heads who love the design on bape and they get bape sneakers and everything and then we have the " shark heads" but if you look at the sneaker game now its kinda the same thing. An og sneaker head with every Jordan from 2003-11 and someone calling themselves a sneaker head with only 2 pairs of off whites and following everything that drops every week. Its a big change not only to the sneaker and street community but its becoming a pattern. At the end of the day wear what you want and don't go based on what others are wearing because its hyped.

Not a big fan of off-white at all but I think the truly 🔥 pieces of it are the ones that are more exclusive or on runway. There’re actually a lot decent and high quality collections without a single logo/stripe/cross and people won’t even know it’s an off-white item. Besides, off-white was already big (with all those balenciaga, gucci, etc.) before the Nike collab and it’s simply a win-win for both two brands, just like the supreme/louis vuitton case

I think we missed that the more popular expensive clothing get, the stronger the fashion replica market gets. No one needs fakes of a normally priced high quality T. If some lame printed shirt is like 600+?, these children are going straight to rep market. If this is the year of designer, this is going to be year of fakes.
