Autumn Dorsey giiirlllll. A couple months ago (I can't even remember exactly how long it's been but a WHILE ago) there was drama between Petty Paige and Jackie Hyena. You know Petty Paige is a drama channel, right? But she also does tons of research and brings *facts* which makes her more than the run of the mill gossip channel. She pointed out how Jackie wasn't really being as straightforward and upfront with things like affiliate links etc. as she could be. No shade just...straight facts. Jackie got upset and had the video copyright stricken. But Paige was right! She appealed and had the video re uploaded because KZbin ruled in her favor. Jackie was MAD the house. Fast forward a while later, Jackie decided to have a "storytime/GRWM" video where she spoke about how she got robbed by someone who lived in another country! She was spilling some accusations talking about *international theft* and scamming and said it was another KZbinr that posted a certain video and then she put the thumbnail. It was Petty Paige's thumbnail. So she essentially accused Petty Paige, on youtube, of international theft and scamming her out of over a thousand dollars. She didn't even have receipts!! She just sat there and said it! It started a witch hunt for Paige. She was getting death threats and people threatening to go find her where she lives in the U.K. and beat her up. It's really sad...Because it was so public and huge, it started affecting her work life. You'd type her name in google and stuff like "Petty the scammer" would pop up. That sort of thing can massively affect job opportunities. Jackie had said some nonsense about lawyers not pursuing the case for whatever reason but Paige was hella serious. She was gonna drag Jackie Hyena to court for defamation of character. Big time. Then Jackie backed off and Petty came out and said that what she wanted, more than anything, was a public apology on KZbin. That's it. But Jackie is prideful as hell. She gave a weakass "apology" on a 24 hr snap where she didn't even apologize, she just deflected blame and talked about how she had a weak moment and snapped or some nonsense. But NO apology. You'd think that, since homegirl thought she'd lose her mind and accuse Petty on KZbin, she'd be able to man up and apologize...on KZbin. NOPE. Many months later we're all still waiting for Ms. Jackie to be an adult and apologize. She's shady the house and I was such a huge fan of hers but I can't support someone who so callously can try to destroy someone's character and way of life and means to support themselves and their family and laughs it off, says nothing and refuses to acknowledge anything.

JS apologized...and became an advocate for women/men of all colors in the makeup industry. She's called out brands for poor shade range, for completely neglecting an entire color shade range... she supports many indie makeup brands including one of her favorite Indie brands developed by a black woman.
