Honestly, I do think this season will be a lot more plot driven. I mean, things like the high note that season 5 ended in, the things Roy said, mainly that the season will be more canonical and that he said that season 6 will be much better than 5, that for the first time the season is promoted by the story, some clips and teasers like the wormaggedon, rick saying by to the citadel and exploding it or the thing that is covered by the spoiler warning, those things make me think that were about to finally see a much more seralized story. Nice video btw.

Theory: juricksic Mort does have to do with the egg, and the clip of Morty watching a thing fall to the ground is the egg hitting down and releasing a dinosaur that he has to deal with! Probably not right at all, but it would make an interesting episode to see Morty deal with a seemingly Rick level(as it was being held by the citadel) threat by himself!

For Night Family, since it has something to do with cars - technically spaceships but "cars" - I wonder if it's a Night Rider reference. Also, the one with Rick and Jerry in that governmental building heavily reads to me as a Men in Black type setting. Something about that tall elevator and skylights in the background matches what we see in MIB movies, plus what I believe to be an alien in a picture frame. My guess is that Rick needs access to alien-tech and can't use his portal gun, so they have to break in the old-fashioned way.

final destination is the one where he uses jerry as a human shield. the plot of the movie with that name is that death has a plan, and a list, and people are suppose to die in the order of that list. in that movie, a group of people "cheat death", and that die one by one, in the order they would have died originally. if something like that happened here, rick would know he was the next one to die, and jerry is farther down the list, so it would be safe to use him as a shield, as neither would die as a result. Juricksic mort would be the one with the asteroid crashing down (an asteroid crashed to earth, ending the juristic era, so maybe this brings it back).

maybe at the start of the new season rick gets a new ship and has it for the entire season and then it explodes in the last episode which would be night family (if this theory is correct) or maybe it has a 2 part finale and night family is part one, being locked outside the house sounds interesting, maybe theres some deeper lore implications in that episode that theyre waiting to show us until the season releases...
