Rick cua is right, Heaven won't stop the rain, cause Jesus is waiting on us to stop it! In Luke 8, where Jesus and the apostles were on Galilee, & the storm arose, HE arose and He rebuked the wind and the waves, then it was calm, but JESUS said to them, " Where is your faith", meaning they had His Name and the faith to cast the storm out. Jesus said in the Gospel of Matthew 17:20, " If u have faith as a mustard seed, u (will) say to this mountan, move from here to there, and it will move".

JESUS said to the wind and the waves: " Peace, be still". HE walked on the water, and told peter to come to HIm, meaning if we keep our eyes on HIM, " we can walk on water also. peter did it! so could we. Mark 10:27, " with men it is impossible, but not with GOD, for with GOD all things are possible. JESUS walked in the (Supernatural) which is greater then the natural. HE created all things, so they're subject to Him.
