It's partly because that figure is incorrect, his net worth is about 4 million USD. Partly it is also because Corey only gets about 300K USD per season. He has other companies he makes money from. Corey actually did a bitch move and threatened to leave Pawn Stars if he didn't get a share on the Pawn Shop so Rick actually ended up having to give him 5% of his company, which largely increased Corey's net worth tbh. Corey isn't THAT successful as a business man it seems, he's doing a lot of stuff which only generate four figures. It's noticeable that some of the experts actually have higher net worths than Corey has. Craig, Danny and Murray all have higher net worths. Actually most impressed by how well balanced Craig seems to be as a business man. Dude got a great base of knowledge and knows how to make money better than the guys on Pawn stars themselves imho. Regarding Corey even Chumlee has a higher net worth and that alone should speak for itself given how many troubles Chumlee has had over the years...
