He would have been a huge star in the US as are do many other Canadians who had to go to the US to find an audience and a living. Thank god for the CBC for allowing the mainstream to be able enjoy a uniquely Canadian point of view as so perfectly exemplified by Rick. He is Canada’s comedian and we are lucky to have him
