I'm buying this home from him...he isn't aware of e yet but I can cut that power bill down by implementing solar panels installation🤓 and since I'm great at landscaping I would invest in a tracker, lay down my own mulch, do the edging, and consider condensing the pool to a infinity pool, why doesn't he have a helipad considering all those acres, and where is the go-kart track...I have to make so many changes once I get him to move out (bathroom are staying)
