I personally think it is silly for an investor to claim he has a large uranium portfolio yet also claim he has no risk (@ 33:35).

The context is Rick no longer has any risk on any of his capital deployed. He took significant profits to cover all original investments and taxes.

In my book, money is money. A large, volatile investment portfolio will also automatically imply a relatively large downside risk. It doesn't matter where you personally "think" that particular money came from (prior gains in that ticker or investment sector, inheritance, earned it while working 9 to 5, found it in a bag in your backyard, ...). In the end, it also means the term "risk capital" is meaningless term to certain investors.

@@garybenhart got it. Everyone has different risk tolerence and objectives. In a previous interview I did with Rick, he mentioned that he always sells when he can get his original capital back. Always. That is just his way. Not the right or wrong way
