This is quickly becoming my favorite thing to watch. I even exclaimed during the tee shot to the bunker, and my wife thought I was a silly nut for getting excited. Can’t help it, it’s just entertaining. Its a beautiful course too.

One piece of constructive criticism - think it would be better to discuss the clubs as you go round more I.e. How they compare to what you normally use, how the feel, how the technology has changed etc. After intro could be any other vlog

Did anybody else hear at 1:32 right as Rick walked in front of the camera the ball hitting a tree and then right after if you look carefully you could see a ball falling down the side of the second tree from the right going left. Sorry if the description of where the ball is doesn't make complete sense, just watch the trees on the right a few times from 1:30 and eventually you can see it.
@vikeshpatel90887 жыл бұрын

Very enjoyable fellas. Bold of Rick to carry on the match after nine, will he rue that decision? Will Finchy find the middle of that Driver? With all the talk of wildlife, any chance we'll see an eagle on the back nine? Or even an Albert Ross? Looking forward to the back nine. Atb, Daz.

Looks like the greens are still rolling a bit rough in your area. It makes choosing a line and putting a good role on the ball so hard. Great work on this series. I enjoyed this one every bit as much as the last one.

Great series of vids. Really enjoyed it. Think someone else has mentioned it but time based second hand clubs would be great. E.g. 70-79, 80-89 etc would be cool. Or eg where you pick eg wedges for each other. Get to pick one "testing club for each other" .. still a cool vid and great idea.

last year we were teeing off at one of our local courses next to a woods. heard a rustle in the bushes looked back and there were 3 baby foxes staring at us through the underbrush. took a video and some pictures before we 'had to get back' to the golf.

When Pete hit it long on that 7th hole last time, the ball ended up on the cart path with no place to take relieve from it. He secretly grabbed your brand new Ben Hogan wedge (that was just after you got them, might even have been the first time you took them to the course) and pretended to hit the shot with it. And when you noticed and tried to grab it from him, he let go of it and it fell onto the path. It was really funny, actually.

Have more fun with this, I would never buy a used set of blades. Thank you it's a great show keep doing it, more than once a year, 100's of irons past 10 -15 years. Keep your eye on a fox. They will pick up a ball in the center of the fairway. Ever pipe a drive and then find your ball missing? Maybe it was the fox. What's the rule?
@granty19547 жыл бұрын
J@D W that happened to me last year. Fox ran after my ball, picked it up and ran to the woods. Ruling? we all saw it, so a ball was dropped as near to where we all thought it had originally come to a halt before Ed the fox Sheeran stole it.
@casteliero7 жыл бұрын
Garry Grant lost ball, back to the previous spot you hit it and one penalty
@shanestein84097 жыл бұрын
If an animal moves/steals a ball and it's witnessed, then you drop closest to the spot where the ball was initially at rest, no penalty. An animal, or even a spectator is an outside agency.
@casteliero7 жыл бұрын
Yes, sorry my bad. Here's the ruling: If a ball at rest is moved by an outside agency, there is no penalty and the ball must be replaced. Note: It is a question of fact whether a ball has been moved by an outside agency. In order to apply this Rule, it must be known or virtually certain that an outside agency has moved the ball. In the absence of such knowledge or certainty, the player must play the ball as it lies or, if the ball is not found, proceed under Rule 27-1.
