I've spent the past 40+ years listening go the Blade Runner Soundtrack and similar tunes for their ability to evoke mystery and imagination, sadness turning to hope, a sense of place in an increasingly chaotic world. This kind of music sits in the background of whatever I'm doing and just makes me dream a little every now and then.
