Rick Warren is not a born again Christian, if someone is for the New World Order. Then how is that person a born again Christian? The Holy Bible is against homosexuality but just because someone's against it doesn't make them a born again Christian. Be careful who you listen too!!! Paul says, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your HEART that God raised Him from the dead. You shall be SAVED!!! It is only through Jesus Christ that we are saved and not of our works!!! Jesus said through men this is impossible but through God all things are possible. Believe on the Son of God!!! You cannot lose your salvation. When you put your full trust in Jesus Christ on the finish work that He did on the cross of Calvary by paying the admission of our sins past, present, and future. When you put your full trust in Jesus Christ, you are sealed, you are saved till the day of redemption!!! I'm not going to sugarcoat it, the Holy Bible is against homosexuality, it's against getting drunk, it's against doing drugs, it's against harming your body!!! But through God's grace, through Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father!!! This cannot be by force or manipulation but by a willing HEART and God draws any person who was willing in their HEART to accept His Son as their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by putting their full trust in Him!!! Repent!!! That means turning away from your sinful lifestyle!!! The things that do not glorify God. Come to God with open arms and because if anyone is willing, God will draw that person to His Son. Repenting does not mean asking for forgiveness, but Allowing God to have grace and mercy on you. And if you turn from the things that are temporary that do not glorify God and search for the things that are Eternal that glorify God. When I asked Jesus to forgive me, it has nothing to do with my salvation, but I ask in remembrance and honor of what He did for me on the cross of calvary!!! The sinner's prayer doesn't save you, but only through the grace of God, through His Son Jesus Christ can save you!!! But turn away from your sins and come to God with open arms. And God will have mercy on you.

How can you know that? How can you know how good or evil your god is? And how could you tell a good god from an evil one if he's gonna come along and start dictating morality and expect you to abide by it regardless or burn you forever? How can you know you're not following an evil god if all you're gonna do is obey him blindly? That's why I think that complete obedience to a god just to avoid punishment is not real morality. Morality cannot happen when sheep-minded people obey a god that put himself in that position of power. That's what I refer to as: religious dogmatism. Friend can I ask you who is your god? My GOD is the only True GOD! HE made the earth, the heavens, the stars, the planets, HE put everything here on this earth and HE made man in HIS own image and then took a rib from Adam and made women, Eve. GOD does not want you or anyone to go there and that was why HE offered HIS SON as The Sacrificial LAMB. All a person needs to do is call upon JESUS and admit you are a sinner and have sinned against GOD and ask HIM to forgive you of those sins and ask JESUS to come into your heart and live. Then believe JESUS died on The Cross and shed HIS blood for your sins and arose from the Grave three days later. Do and believe this and your name will be written down in the LAMBS Book Of Life forever and you will never go to that place called hell. Also GOD will not force you to worship HIM, HE commands you to do this and obey HIS Commandments. However GOD will allow you to do as you choose as HE already sent HIS SON to die for your sins. That includes JESUS CHRIST. JESUS will not force you to come to HIM nor will HE force you to believe in HIM. HE already suffered and died for you. You must make up your mind as to what you want to do. I say this, you would be better off believing GOD is real and JESUS did all these things for you and be forgiven of your sins and dying or being Raptured out and going to Heaven, than dying or being left behind with satan and his followers and then finding out you were wrong or listened to the wrong people and now your time spent in eternity will be in the Hell Fires forever and forever! I hope you will reconsider your thinking before it I too late. Read GODS Word and you will see that back in the Old Testament and New Testament many things were predicted would happen before JESUS returned for HIS Bride, The Church. Look at many things that have already happened. JESUS said in the last days there would be earthquakes in diverse places and if you have heard the news you see there are earthquakes happening around the world everyday and there were 54 of these in one day and many were in areas that had never ever had a earthquake. HE said there would be wars and rumors of wars, famine and pestilence and all of these are now happening all over the world. I could go on with other things but just wanted to point these out too you. You can see more if you will study GODS Word. The Jews do not believe JESUS is their MASIAH, but a real old Rabbi said a few weeks back that JESUS was coming soon and a date was 12 Sept 15. Who knows what day or time, only The FATHER knows. That is why you must be saved and ready as JESUS could come at anytime. Look at what the powers to be are saying is going to happen on several days in September. Look at the Stock Market? How can you know there is such a god as the one you're describing or that he's your god? How do you know your god exactly like you're describing him and that's not just the way he's pretending to be (if he exists, that is)? Believers think that just by defining their god as good and moral that's the god that exists. But it doesn't work like that. You can define your god the way you want. But that doesn't make him true or worth obeying. My question was more like: if there was a god, how could you know he's moral and not simply claiming to be moral? How can you tell a moral god from an evil god? Morality is not such simply because there's someone claiming to be a god and a moral one. What standard of morality do you use in order to get to the conclusion that your god is a moral one and not an immoral one? What standard of morality do you use to determine the Bible is a moral book and not an immoral one?

This interview felt as if Piers was "out to get him", like he was ready to pounce on him, bait him and catch him at a wrong statement. This felt similar to how the Pharisees back then would ask Jesus a theoretical question and then try to trap him into saying something wrong. But I commend Pastor Rick for staying cool and yet not standing down. He stayed his ground and defended his belief, not being swayed by the host's domineering attitude and just clearly stated his position. God bless you, Pastor Rick! J Elliott I have to disagree with your “sin leads to hell” philosophy, and here’s why. The Bible says that anyone who has believed ON Jesus for salvation does not come under judgement but has passed from death on to life. And that God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son that whoever believe in Him shall NOT PERISH but have everlasting life! It doesn’t get any simpler than that folks, which is why the Bible tells us not to forget the simplicity we have in Christ. Nobody seems to understand what true repentance is, the repentance unto salvation. It is not a turning from sin, it is a change of mind from trusting in our works to trusting 100% in Christ for our salvation! Sad news is most so called Christians haven’t repented, therefore they haven’t received Christ’s imputed righteousness, they still remain under the law, in which no flesh shall be justified. That’s why the people who came to heaven boasting about their works didn’t get in, because they hadn’t fully trusted in Jesus, therefore were lawless, because their own righteousness is as filthy rags. If you have never believed this, you haven’t been saved. If you once believed this, but no longer do, you are being deceived. There is a HUGE difference between the punishment for sins and hell. Got chastens His children, He doesn’t burn them. But those who believe that simply placing your trust in Christ isn’t enough, then they are condemning themselves because none of us can live up to the law.

Brandon Gray I don’t know what to tell ya man, I really don’t. :( I struggle with same sex attraction too. But I am also a Christian. Deep down I feel like somewhere along the line, people got the teachings wrong, but I will never know for sure, so I, as well as many other Christians are afraid to step out of the lines of what we have been taught, in fear of corrupting God’s word. Because IF the traditional teaching/ understanding is true, and I choose to believe otherwise, I corrupt God’s word by saying that two men loving each other is equal to a man and woman loving each other. It seems very confusing to me, but I’m not God. The only advice I can give you is to put all your trust in Christ, because in the end, your faith is going to save you, no matter how bad you’ve been. Jesus doesn’t forsake His children. But He does chasten those who make their lives into constant sin. Ask God about it, but be prepared for the answer. And be sure you know the answer is from God, and whatever He tells you, that will be your answer. :) Peace, and good luck! God loves you, no matter how broken, sinful, or depressed you may be. I will say from experience that Rick Warren and his church members are the most gracious, accepting people you would ever want to meet. They will not beat you over the head with their Bibles. They will not give you lip service. They see everyone as a person God created and loves. I worked behind the scenes for three years. This is where you’d see the flaws. I have no such story to tell. I have had to move away from the area. I miss them and will always be grateful for the pleasure of worshiping and working alongside them in the community.

It's not in the Bible what Piers Morgan said. In the Bible Jesus said "If you look at a woman with lust you have committed adultery in your heart" Matthew 5:27-28. When it make to stoning Jesus said "Let him who is without sin be the first one to cast the stone" John 8:7. Jesus said that to religious leaders who had brought a woman who had committed adultery asked him what I they should do since the law required it olin the old testament. The religious leaders left and Jesus said to the woman "Where are your accusers has anyone condemned you?" She said "no one". He answered "Neither do I go and sin no more" (John 8:1-11). He showed mercy rather than condem her to death. It's a common misunderstanding to people who don't know the Bible is the Law of the old testament was for a time. Jesus came to fulfill it and bring in a time of Mercy so people who believe in him can turn away from sin. He didn't approve of sin. The Leviticus scripture 18:22 says "You will not have sex with man as you would with a woman". It doesn't include even just looking with lust, but it was a death penalty to have committed it, along side other sins like adultery, kidnapping etc. The old testament law is similar to when America was in WW2 with Japan. It was a crazy time so extreme force was applied to Japan till it surrendered... The rules of engagement changed. Then America helped rebuild Japan and had peace. Yes there are new testament scriptures that says Homosexuality is a sin (1corinthians 6:9, Revelations 22:15). But Jesus is the example of what Christianity is meant to be. He called people to come follow Him because He loved them and gave them a choice to rather then running around looking for people to stone because of their sin.

@@endofscene I know it's been a couple years lol, but if that's an honest question id say the Bible is God's Word because Jesus believed it's God's Word. It's wise to follow the opinions of those who are wise. If they prove themselves to be wise then what they believe usually is going to follow suite. For example, if Bill Gates were to give his opinions on how to make billions of dollars, I'd say he's got my ear on that because he's done just that. Now Jesus is alot bigger than Bill Gates on all levels. After all, there have been many rich people all through history, nothing new there they come and go. But Jesus is still the most famous person ever and He was around 2000 years ago, no cell phones, cars, internet, or anything and He's still the most talked about and relevant person in history. He said and performed radical truths no one else ever came close to. Also He died and rose from the grave which there is evidence behind. If you wanted to validate it just Google why there's an empty grave, all other explainations other than He's alive doesn't make logical sense or historical sense. And if this Man predicted He was gonna be crucified and rise in 3 days, and then did just that (which btw the whole word tried to stop the spread of the news that He did so and failed), then I'd trust everything He believed, said, and did. And He believed the Bible was God's Word! That's why I believe it is, which I think is a pretty good reason. Message me if u wanna talk more, but I'll leave u with this: Jesus is still alive, He knows all ur thoughts before u even have them and He doesn't hate u, He loves u deeper than anyone else can or will. I encourage you to just ask Him personally with a humble heart to reveal Himself to you and He'll do just that. He promised He won't turn away any who come to Him, and if you do, you'll inherit eternal life and He'll be there vouching for you on judgement day! But make no mistake, if you fail to act, you make Him out to be a liar and refused His offer to save you and by not acknowledging Him in this life, He won't acknowledge you in the next and you'll have to save yourself since you didn't want Him to save you. It's a hard hitting message but a necessary one, I only say this because I love you and want to see u in heaven. We're all gonna die and according to Jesus, we're gonna give an account for what we've done, you don't wanna be wrong about this. Your eternal destination depends on it. Even if all this is wrong, you'd be better off believing and it not be true then deciding not to and having a fearful realization you were wrong and it's too late... Forever. Jesus may not have actually said and done everything ascribed to him in the gospels. Even if Jesus did believe in Torah or say that it is God's word, we would have to ask Jesus exactly what he meant. It's possible that wise people tailor their teachings to their audience, and there may be no purpose in challenging some of the beliefs of primitive peoples. And, of course, even if Jesus did truly believe in the divinity of the Hebrew scriptures then it still wouldn't make it true but simply one man's belief. And even if it did make it true it still would have nothing to say about the divinity of the New Testament. I am not affected by Christian fears and threats, but thanks for your concern. However, if you will be honest enough to agree you don't have peace (of mind, heart and soul), and rest; then come to JESUS and HE will give you rest. My quarter-final words to you will be this question and its solution. If you were to die today, are you SURE you will enter Heaven, where THE PURE, HOLY, SINLESS, PERFECT GOD dwells? If you aren't sure, JESUS can give you the assurance you need, but you must REPENT. I'm not asking you to like me for this, but love compels me to speak. You may abuse me, but I will keep praying for you because I know GOD does love you, and HE doesn't want any of you (Homosexual or not) to perish (i.e go to Hell Forever). Sin is sin irrespective of its flavor, but all sin will give you the same benefit, death (eternal damnation). GOD Loves You, and showed HIS love for you by providing JESUS CHRIST as a propitiation for your sins. Meaning HE already took your place of condemnation; for as many as are willing to give up their places (in condemnation).
