Many folks are denied due to certain circumstances and have to resort to a homeless shelter or a very low-end apartment complex in a high risked crime area. This is so messed up on so many levels. On top of that you're adding obstacles in his way by bringing up criminal history. It's not funny anymore once you start interfering with a person’s livelihood. Ask yourself if you would've done that to brat who alsot has been in prison, and your answer shows how wrong you are.
