Oh man, this is great in terms of how to communicate with those you are "testing". It's a full proof way to get zero support and encouragement, yet useful feedback. Haha, This really sounds like a fun process. Although support is always a confidence boost haha...

Yes, nice to get encouragement but even better to find out what's not working early on :). What I find is that AFTER people get a chance to react to it and really "get it", they are even more likely to be encouraging and supportive in the future.

Sorry, I have not yet read that book. I enjoyed Superfans, also by Pat Flynn, but am not familiar with any of his other work.
