Thank you for keeping the history of art alive and vibrant! My instructor on art history in the late 1060s, Rupert Kilgore. Brought it to life for me! He connected the artists, the times, the influences, society, technology. All of it contributed to the amazing result. When I finally got to see the sculpture of David, La Pieta, the Vatican, the art of Florence, in spite of my knowledge, my jaw dropped. It is all more awesome than we can convey with words. Thank you.

I love this 🎨 art 🎭 art of many types Painting Sculpture Music classical, rock, soft rock, easy listening, Gospel Photography French food, Italian food American Bistro, Southern Comfort food, Writing Novels, Poetry, Memior, Biography Periodicals Classical clothing as in Grace Kelly Audrey Hepburn Sophia Lauren Elizabeth Taylor as they dressed esp in Movies There are many types of art in life to enjoy from food to Movies to Music to these lovely paintings and architecture. Rick Steven has done a wonderful job here, I enjoyed it greatly.

So can we say west is more of Greeks Roman civilisation rather than judio Christian, Christian and Jews were not even born in Europe. Look at democracy, tolerance for all faith, multiple gods accepted, story telling, liberalism, architecture, drama, paintings, Socratic method, science. Most are greeeko- Roman ideas.

One major incorrect aspect that stands out in these videos is the consistent mispronunciation of Michelangelo. It's not "MichAelangelo." Getting an obvious thing wrong makes me question the legitimacy of all else that is being taught.
