Wow This is an exceptional masterpiece. The first view I just flew away with a song, but then I rewatched the video and dove into the story and idea behind it. Let me share with you my understanding of the visual story: Main character appears on stage in a coffin as a performance act. He is a star. And he blows heads of his fans, they’re going crazy for him. Many girls around. That one girl was seduced by him occasionally. Both confused (00:46) But they give baby to a friend (“nanny”) And dance, when a rich guy wants to “buy” this girl. Our guy saves the girl from harassment and abuse for money. After this incident he is full of overconfidence. He had always been a narcissist but our girl preferred to keep her eyes closed. Suddenly, lighting changed to darker and the guy tells her the truth, that he leaves forever. And I think the main metaphorical idea in this masterpiece is a single mom problem. In video main character “dies” but this act symbolizes that he just left his family. You will ask me what's the moral of the story, so: This artwork shines a light on a problem, there’s no “moral”. Moral is love not ego, but this video ends with upset single mother frame so we understand that this is the point, guide our attention to the problem. Because, like majority of people, author couldn’t find a solution for this problem, so there’s no happy end for now… I am astonished by animation work and music. Thank you for inspiration!
