Apparently the no breaks broke Ricky's nerves 🤣 I've only seen one other person shake like that and that was my brother but 10 years ago when I had a rear drum brake cylinder blow it's seals on my 88 Hyundai Elantra hatch back while stopping for a red light on a busy hwy with a line of cars I'm just very thankful that it was a stick because it allowed me to make the necessary reactions to the situation to avoid a severe car accident 😂

You are absolutely correct about calling mechanically inclined friends for help. For years I always got calls atleast once a week to "help" with Brakes, shocks, wheel bearings etc. Etc. "Help" roughly translates to "you do it while I sit here drinking a beer and annoy the piss out of you."
@stonewolf9459 Жыл бұрын
I started telling people "I'll help but I'm not changing my shirt, I'll direct you through the dirty parts." (I wear nice shirts most of the time) the ones that needed help still got it, the ones that didn't didn't, and the ones that had common sense, learned to do it on their own.
@arnold8746 Жыл бұрын
@@stonewolf9459 yeah, I guess I am just a glutton for punishment. 20+ years and I still have to "help" my buddy every time he needs a wheel bearing, or ball joints etc.He did finally figure out the oil changes and brake jobs 10 or so years ago.

I was talking to a gas station manager the other day. He told me about an incident last week at his store where a guy with a Dodge Charger had come inside to get a drink, he walks out and some teenage car theft is sitting in his drivers seat with the motor running but just sitting there. He stalled it out twice without ever moving it an inch, by the time the owner got to the drivers door, he proceeds to yank the kid out, beat the tar out of him and holds his dumb ass for the cops. He turned over all of the survailence footage to the cops to prosecute the kid, lol.
