He played a season or 2 in Canada Pro League called the CFL when he did he could not get much yards at all, they stopped him very easily, which shows you the level of football the CFL is, or how different a style the Canadian Football League {CFL }is. The CFL is worth Paying attention to People. for sure!

Basically what I got from it is that Ray Rice telling Ricky to go in to the game late was Ray Rice insinuating that Ricky was an inferior running back to Ray.
