If you can't like me I found using these settings through the phone app Equalizer helped the headset showoff its true sound capabilities. [ 31hz- +5, 62hz- +6, 125hz- +6, 250hz- +3, 500hz- 0, 1k hz- (-3), 2k hz- +1, 4k hz- +5, 8k hz- +6, 16k hz- +5]. All personal preference but lowering the mids helped a lot

@@Later12 It comes with an adapter for USB-C to USB-A, for consoles that don't have a type C port. However I think the PS5 and some PCs have a type C port.

Make sure you have the switch on the right setting. It'll have a remote control for xbox and the other side says PC for PC etc

Hi, you can't switch. You have to choose which option you want to use, either Bluetooth or connected.

Im not too sure about this headset...ive not been using it long, so i suppose this serves as a cry for help, but the audio is very quiet and empty, like I was listening to it through a long pipe. After 6 months of this headset, I honestly can’t recommend. Battery life only lasts a few hours, my USB charger doesn’t charge it fast enough to use it on the charger when it’s low battery, and when you’re wearing it while it’s charging you’ll often hear electric screeching sounds and sometimes it’ll just turn off afterwards. It’ll also sometimes unpair with my Xbox randomly, and right now i’m having a bunch of janky, scratchy electricity sounds when I set the volume a little high, the bluetooth voice that warns you about battery life is also a bit too loud and comes up too often. The only pro’s are the very comfy earmuffs and the great sound quality but I wouldn’t suggest this thanks to the other problems

I got mine and I did not find the setup guide easy nor simple. There’s no troubleshooting guy there’s no troubleshooting steps and mine will not connect to my Xbox via Bluetooth. I can’t get any sound through my headphones at all. I don’t know what’s going on with it? This is ridiculous.

they aren't bluetooth you NEED the 2 adapters the usb a to usb c then plug in the usb c adapter into that its a daisy chain

Hi, thanks for your comment, this sounds like me a driver fault with the speakers might need to get a replacement. Also try using the app, it allows you to really adjust the settings.

Usless headset audio chat didnt work for me while playing the first decendents i tried all options i could hear the game but couldn't get the audio chat to work ..i dont recommend these headsets
