@@leftmono1016 in my opinion, doesn’t matter how well you know the Digitakt. Everything is so straight forward on the DT. Almost everything on the OT is abbreviated and convoluted, so it takes a whole different level of effort to learn. That step up took me longer than I had imagined!

Definitely one of the best videos on this pedal right now. I've got a few Microcosm videos on my channel. The time knob is perhaps more important than people think (MIDI sync makes things much easier) and if whatever you're doing feels real meh, mess with your mod settings a bit and you'll find yourself again. It's quirky pedal, but when you hit a sweet spot there really isn't much like it.

I preordered one in Jan and just got a notice that it’s been shipped...I never set my hopes very high w preorders bc I’ve had some long wait in the past (looking at your Arturia) but I’ve been very impressed with Hologram and I can’t wait to try this thing on guitar,eurorack,synths,drums and basically every sound I make for the next month - it just seems so unique and fun.

Yes, this thing is amazing. I preordered within 24 hours with massive hope. I bounced off their last one but this is pure magic. I put it after the Octratrack, I patch it as a send. It goes everywhere. The only problem is that I only have one. Two would be neat. Loopers with fades and layers. Jammed with friend and he said, "is it a magic pedal, a thing that makes everything sound good?" :D

Yeah. I like how it's adding those little subtle nuances to the loop that will help add variation to your track, like you said. Then people won't get so tired of hearing the same exact loop over and over, and grow tired of it after a couple minutes

For example - if you’re playing live and had the Microcosm as an fx unit for more than just he octotrack, how do you route all your gear (send/return vs insert), what mixer you use, how you route in and out of it, etc

Good vid. I would just suggest A/B a but more. Its such a subtle musical machine I could not really tell what was your beat and what was being added except when you really clearly turned it off. I think you were just excited!

Amazing video!! have you had any luck getting the looper itself to quantize to tempo sent via midi? My loops always seem to drift even when the looper is set to quantize mode :(

Its like old Instajungle VST ported to an fpga and stuck in a box. That and a thick reverb to cover up the pops that come from slicing waveforms mid cycle. I kinda want it lol.
