I could not remember the video because I didn't save it. But I remembered the red tablet and the unique accent you had my man. This has helped me twice now (3 times now lol) and I appreciate you! Mine is power/volume down and release power when I see the logo.

I did all 3 ways of volume up and down, & both with the power but none happened to get to the reboot screen. It goes to the green android 'No Command' screen but can't go to the selection screen

When you turn it on just keep pressing the power button and volume button and it'll take you to the reboot screen

Well how do you get past the Google sync screen? Since it asks you for a tracing pattern, which we've already forgot or we wouldn't be here, you still cant access the device even after the hard reboot.

Thank you very much Ricardo. This helped me get into my HighQ Learning Tab from EPIK after forgetting the pattern. Good thing I also had a backup of the data that got erased. To add, I had to press the Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time for mine to get this to work.

Doesn't work. Even if you do the complete wipe data and factory reset, it still directs you to sync into Google accounts with no way to exit out. But to sign in with your Google account, it asks you for the same password tracing pattern that you forgot in the first place! And if you can't get into your Google account, the startup is paused with no way to get past it. Meaning your device is still worthless
