My tablet ghost touches super bad and I've tried this and it helped for a few minutes then went back to doing it. I've been told it could be from where my screen is cracked but it's not noticeable unless you're up on it and have it tilted to an angle. I don't know what to do to fix it

I forgot my tablet's pin so I wanted to factory reset it. I've been retrying these same steps for a few days and everytime it's suppose to be set to it's "factory mode" it loads the red Verizon screen and goes back to it's regular screen that was displayed before I shut it off then asks for the pin again. (My tablet is an ellipsis 7) Is there a solution to my current situation?

You have to 'factory mode' and click clear eMMC then it will say formating/data for 10 to 15 minutes then it will automatically restart the tablet i was also having the same problem but now i know this way to reset my tablet this is just for you guys i dont tell anyone about this but i am telling to you

Don't do the factory mode if you forgot your password go to clear emmc & select it & allow it to restart and it's like a new tablet.🤗

look up "ellipsis 7 hard reset chinese" and go to the first Verizon Wireless result. Page should be named "Verizon Ellipsis® 7 - Factory Data Reset (Powered Off)" It has instructions specifically for the Chinese menu
