Rico Bogen: Breakfast with Bob from Taupo 2024

Rico Bogen, at just 24 years old, is the defending Ironman 70.3 World Champion. He’s had a solid season racing many of the T100 races, highlighted with a 3rd in San Francisco, two 7ths, and a 2nd in Dubai. Rico worked with his coach to plan his season to peak this week, and has been in Taupo for a few weeks, getting in some good training and course familiarization.
