Hey Rico what do you think it's the best: egg white, aquafaba or this new "sour syrup"? I made lots of sours with egg white but using the egg afterwards is not always easy (often I would throw it on some instant ramen, I haven't ate that in quite a while). I also has a bit of a "chicken butt" smell sometimes lol (not sure if I'm mistakenly putting some egg yolk, but probably not). I never used aquafaba, but some people say it has it's own taste as well, so I'm a bit skeptic of it (though I love Arab food and now wanna make some hummus hehe). I tried making the "sour syrup" or "super syrup" recipe using the gums but I guess I didn't measure it too well, or did it properly, because it turned into some alien gel stuff, not much fizz on the drink. What is your personal favorite? Oh I'm a bit scared of the eggs as well because of salmonela, here in Brazil is hard to track the precedence of them, or to know they are safe (can you everu truly know? lol), there's not reaction in alcohol that kills the bacteria, is there? Honestly Aquafaba when made fresh is amazing sub. Make it from fried chicken pea and your good. When you make it fresh it has less to zero flavour I personally have found. Other may argue hahaha

Got confused on the amounts you used. Saying 10ml, but putting in 20ml because you’re making 2 drinks and then sometimes saying the total amount of liquid in there had me all over the place. If you could put a graphic with all the ingredient amounts per drink somewhere in the video that would be helpful
