Hi i have a ricoh C3001, i refilled the cyan and yellow toners for my printer and it's full. But my printer is still indicating on the monitor that the ink is still less than 20%

Hey man thanks for the help. I add the toner on my Ricoh printer but it only printed about 200 copies or prints. After that it was telling me it needed a new one so I inserted a new one and afterwards it wouldn’t take it anymore. What would you recommend me to do both are literally new and have no idea what’s going on anything would help bro.

I think u need to change your chip Machine knows how much toner left in cartridge by reading from the toner chip set
