How on EARTH can you put a timescale on SPA? It's based on a career of experience. It's very concerning you are saying it's less work than the APC. No wonder I see many struggle and get referred doing SPA when really they should be doing the APC. Anyone thinking of doing SPA, please don't listen to "The RICS Guy" and this series of webinars. He is NOT a Chartered Surveyor and never sat the APC. My advice (as a Chartered Surveyor) is listen only to people who have been through the process.
