The Sonoma Raceway was first introduced in GT4 and the old Tourist Trophy on PS2. But in GT4 and Tourist Trophy it was named the Infineon Raceway before the Circuit rename it to Sonoma Raceway

It's to cool see to see my home track in a game it looskspot on. The track in Utah used to be called Miller Motorsports Park..The Miller family use to own the Jazz basketball team and they had this track built

So this us daft. Your goal time round daytona is the same as mine. Guessing you have it on hardest setting and I'm playing off 60%. Surely my time should be 40% easier. I've upgraded the bike tweaked the gear and flicked traction control every restart and I'm .2 of a second off the pace. Doing my nut!

This unfortunately was the problem with RIDE 4’s time trials, the target time should scale to difficulty setting

Infineon was a former name for what's now called Sonoma Raceway, yes. I know GT4 had this layout and another one, I don't know about TT. It's a fun track, I've watched lots of races there and raced there IRL too :)

What button do you have your rear brake set to? I never seem to be able to get away with using the rear brake on ride 4 without lock up or sliding.

@ROBO46 I have been trying for five hours trying to do what you said with the GSX-R, but I couldn't do it lol closest I got was 53.560 I believe. Right when I said "fuck it, I give up" I decided to try it with the 08 R1 that I bought and upgraded before coming across your video (slightly higher acceleration and top speed, but worse handling and braking) and used your tactic and got it my first try lol so thank you for your contribution.

I finally got gold at Daytona after about 30 attempts, i actually went wide and hit the wall just before the end and my driver flew over the finish line 😂 Thank you for pointing out the TCS bug, it happened every time i started the event… now i could finally do it.

Robo, do you know the differences between 'pressing' and 'aggressive' in the AI aggressiveness setting for Ride5?

Pressing they will try to overtake you more. Aggressive they will go kamikaze
