This is pretty interesting. My main issue is as a dude with health issues, if that mustang had a person in need to get to the hospital or was trying to get somewhere in an emergency, the self driving car would have made things much worse especially in high stress situations. Now as for your job, I like the idea of everyone looking at each other but you gotta think about if people are upset about something with another person riding along. A benefit of front view seated cars is that even if you’re in a 3rd row, you can still have a good conversation with the driver or shotgun passenger, and if your upset at someone you don’t have to pay attention to them while looking forward.

I've had a self driving car for years. Voice controlled. I just jump in and it takes me to my destination, waits if requested, returns when summoned. It even loads and unloads itself and runs errands independently of me.

At 71 yrs old, I'm currently middle aged, and the best driver in the world, obviously 😉 . But even if I get to 140 yrs old and am dying, I would crawl out the fekn window if someone put me in a self driving vehicle! No exclamation point needed, it's just a fact. Though perhaps a railway train might be ok. Artificial intelligence, or whatever else you like to call it, is brainless. Computers cannot replace humans on the roads. I'm right and anyone who thinks otherwise is wrong, obviously. 😉 😛
