[Ride Along] Saigon Ambulance Response Through Nighttime Traffic! (Siren + HORN)

Captured here is an exclusive ride along with an EMR *9999 ambulance responding through nighttime traffic in downtown Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) for an urgent patient transfer to Vinmec General Hospital. One patient was transferred for surgery from the EMR *9999 base and emergency room at Diamond Plaza in District 1. Please excuse the shakiness and focus issues as I was filming with one hand while operating the siren.

knoodelhed Thanks! Not sure about that haha most people still don’t know the meaning of regular sirens and do not react appropriately, so a rumbler night be too much for now (would just add to the confusion). But one day sure!

Rumbler would be quite effective! Maybe they can educate the public on what rumbler is and the effects of it. If im not wrong Singapore is one of the only countries in Asia to have rumbler i think

Lol I’m not sure if having a Rumbler would make any difference. The public barely reacts to sirens at all since there is no understanding and driver education on why and how to react. That’s the biggest issue, not the sirens themselves. Correct, Singapore does have Rumblers, for instance on their new ambulances.
