if you dont want FOFear Spoiled stop.... The spaceship saucer is only half realized. It is jutting out from a wall that, is convincing if cleaned, is a huge huge mirror. That makes it look like a complete saucer and feel like a bigger space. there is a ton of details on the floor to make your own reflection a little less obvious. But thats it. Then if you count steps. you're definitely further back than the wall. Even the catwalk is only half as wide as it might at first appear to be. 😊

You're on the right track with your "Junior Racer" idea as it was designed by the same guy (John Allen) who designed The Racer at KI (and Blue Streak at CP, among many others). It was originally The Scooby Doo because that was Hanna Barbera Land for years. It was re-themed in the early 80s and called The Beastie (along with a tunnel at the bottom of the first hill) which is how I still best remember it (although it was still Hanna Barbera land). Then it had a brief period themed to The Fairly OddParents when it was Nickelodeon themed before CF came in and gave it the current name. For a kiddie coaster, it's one of the best I've ever been on, and is honestly a beautiful ride even to look at (thanks to John Allen for that!).

3:58 I would get on AE first because it will be slower boarding times. Orion like most B&Ms are people eaters, so although it is more popular, it will likely have less waits. And you are backtracking if you go right by AE without riding it. That's one thing I like about KI is its in a circle, so just go in a circle going on each ride as you meet it. But definitely get on Flight of Fear soon after regular park hours open, because that WILL be the longest waits every day after 10:30am.

Pro tip. On Flight of Fear, sit in the even numbered rows to get a little more leg room, which also gives your belly more room.

That is usually one of the lowest weeks for cedar point. So no. Don’t get a fast lane for that day. Or feel out the crowds and get one if they seem bad.

Last year, I had to get the shoulder harness slammed down to get the safety belt to latch on Drop Tower, which it did, it's due to my broaded shoulders, and my height as well. I made it in there, but got stuck aftermath, couldn't get it safety belt to unlatched. Lol. My legs are too long for Flight of Fear, but no problems fitting on Orion, Diamondback, Banshee, Invertigo, Mystic Timbers, Racer, Bat,Beast, Delirium and everything else there.

Could you find out this season if they let non pass holders come into the park? I have a pass and my wife doesn’t and she and kids are just coming, wanted to plan ahead to know if they should come to rope drop with me

Yes. Non pass holders can come into the park, but not for early park entry officially. Sometimes, if there is a long line, they will allow everyone to go in and wait on their favorite lines. Non pass holders would have to wait outside the queue for the ride they want to ride until the official opening of kings island. Pass holders could go ride that ride immediately, but their families (who are not passholders) could not. It should be well noted though that kings island does not usually let non passholders in early. Nor are they obligated to so on any day. It’s something they MIGHT do if the day seems busy enough. Same goes for bring a friend tickets. Those tickets are just normal day tickets, so those friends do not get the privilege of entering early (at least that’s how I understand it) I hope that helps with your planning!

the bread was decent. Like a garlic bread, but there was nothing special about it at all. the whole meal was just very bland, so unless you REALLY like barbeque sauce, I would skip that place.
