Soo nice to have u back sir!!!! Missed u man!!!lol Listen, visibility appears better in the fletcher.. And iam nor sure why,, but the fletcher seems like a less intimidating aircraft!! I think perhaps because it has a more g.a. appearance.. Love ur vids in either plane though!! Thank you!!

Hey Jimbo how often do you get nice flat airstrips like this one. In my experience most of on farm airstrips are usually on fairly pronounced gradients on ridges. Thanks for the video mate

There's more on hills than flats, where I've been working. I prefer the ones on the hills 😎

This 502 seems quite a step up as far as instrumentation goes....nice. Could you explain your use of a bit of flap in tight turns please?
@fathertorque4504 Жыл бұрын
plane turns using horizontal component of lift so flaps help with tighter, further from stall turns.

Why No taxi flaps?
@JimboBurgess5 ай бұрын
That's really only effective on light aircraft 😎
@CFITOMAHAWK5 ай бұрын
@@JimboBurgess Nope. I used them on Piper Aztecs, twin Commanders not light when Bush Pilot in the Americas. They give you some lift so you can use less prop rpm to taxi, which saves prop from damages..
