If you ride a bicycle without brakes in Korea, it is illegal. It seem to have gotten a video permit and removed the brake, but you can't usually.

All cyclists want equal rights on the road, & as a cyclist myself, I agree. However equal rights also means equal laws apply to us all. Which means as cyclists, we have to be ambassadors of our sport. Respect & obey traffic rules, use your hand to signal when you need to turn & last but not least, use a headlight & a tail light. Cars can't avoid you if they can't see you. Both cyclists AND motorists have EQUAL RIGHTS on the road too. If we want motorists to respect our rights as cyclists, we have to repect their rights as well.
