My 2022 Pioneer 1000 came with the same windshield you have. Lasted about 15 miles. pretty much fell out of unit. replaced with a Super ATV windshield. MUCH better!!

is it automatic gear shifting or do you have to shift with a clutch?

It can either be automatic or manual using the shifting paddles on the side of the steering column.
