I'm Arthur Bhutic. This grade level train must be replaced by an above grade level monorail 🚝! I've rode a monorail 🚝 in Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida! Too be flood tunnels constructed along waterways to minimize flooding! By that this too be replaced by a subway 🚇 train line! I've rode a subway in West Metro Washington, DC in Tysons Corner, Virginia! Despite that the Potomac River runs by and has additional water due to melting ice has a flood tun! Too the subway 🚇 has flood doors and is flood proof!
