I had a guy call me up at 7am the other day, saying he's a GC from out of town and needs a dumpster ASAP. He asked me to pay cash, and I kindly explained I require at minimum a $50 deposit on card, but he could cash me out for the rest. Dude proceeded to argue with me about my own policy and act like I was reeeeeally going to be missing out by not taking his booking. Even text me a couple hours later to tell me how got someone to bring one out for nothing but cash. 🤣

I mentioned earlier to someone on here, That about once a year I myself break my own policies and rules and ALWAYS get burned. This video was just a reminder more to myself than anyone, that I need to stick to my policies.. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thanks for watching brother.

You my friend are a motivated individual. I like your style. I built my own roll off trailer and all my bins to what i want,common rail flat bottom 12 ft length cause with trailer you need things as short as possible 🧐

Great content as always. I prefer to have an empty container on the truck at the end of the day. That way when the online order comes in for a next day service, I’m on it.

I'm the same way. If I don't have payment by drop off no dumpster period. Its like in my tree care business when I bid a difficult tree removal and the potential client asks if I can do the job for way less and they always say "it will be good experience for you " . I don't need any more experience especially for less money.

Dealer... a lot guys message me wanting the exact style, size, type of dumpsters I'm running. It just became easier to build what I have and offer them up for sale to anyone interested.

Are you able to use your auto tarper on the concrete dumpsters or do you hand tarp them?

Great question. No... we purchased some custom 14' x 8' cargo nets for all our dirt, concrete, and sod loads. the regular tarper on the truck just won't work due to the height. This would make a great KZbin video I'm thinking. Thanks for watching.
