I'm ordering mine this week. my problem is I have a ridstar q20 and it's a lil tall for me is this going to be as tall or taller than the ridstar.

Ive had mine a week and definitely have that stuttering on take off with boost. Only if I dont peddle. I had a pedal fall off and had to ride home with only one so I noticed more. Overall fuckin love this thing.

I detached both the electronic brake sensors and the throttle lag improved significantly.

Good morning Shreddie, Great review! Is there any way you could urge the ebike makers to include a kickstand safety switch wired into the brake lever kill switch circuit? After breaking my neck over a forgotten kickstand during a high speed left turn, I've given it a lot of thought. I contacted a few ebike makers, but it occurred to me that you might have Way more influence with a lot of companies! It's been a year since my accident and the neck still hurts, but hey, I coulda been killed, right?

So you forgot to kick the kickstand up, rode the bike and on a deep turn I’m assuming the kick stand hit the ground causing you to crash?

Yeah@@IWantMyVisionBack, I want 50 years back! Blame it on riding Hondas for 60 years? Maybe I became dependent on their kickstand safety switches... But, I forgot the stand in a really steep parking lot with a right turn exit. Followed by a 1/2 mile downhill righthand curve! I'd coasted up to at least 40, planning a hard lefthand bank when I heard the stand dig into new asphalt. I said Oh Shit! And the next thing I knew, I was on my back, buncha people standing around me. Someone said, Hey, he's not dead after all! Mediflight and Med-bills ran a $quarter million...

I have this bike and I put it through similiar tests...Its pretty fun to ride and I had similiar results...I do have one issue with the front end when I pull hard on the handle bars it sounds like the shocks slip under the weight of the front tire but I think It just needs to be dialed in better...This bike is not for pedaling, its for riding so dont plan on pedaling it!

Another worthy video - honest review. Bike looks great but seems underpowered with a few tech gremlins also. The brake lever setup you did - never seen or thought of it - but interesting - I may even try it - better for burnouts/linelocks?

X class is more of an all around riding type bike where the DRT is really made for off road… the tires would definitely wear out fast it you’re doing a lot of street riding lddy.no/turr

This has way more torque but they are both too completely different style bikes

Gen 3 P-51 now has Magura Quad Piston brakes and 40ah controller that can be maxed out from the 25ah that it comes with. And top speed is now 34 as well. Which bike do you like better? The P-51 or this Revv DRT bike?

@@Rogue_1987 just the way they ride the P 51 has a more soft and plush suspension so when you’re carving on it, you kind of bounce a little bit compared to the Drt where it feels a little stiffer… those new upgrades sound pretty sick on the P 51. I rode one that had a BAC 855 controller and it felt amazing.

Yeah I ride chick scooters that are not as heavy but if you don't have dual motors you're severely underpowered this would be like writing my kickscooter with only one motor but three times is heavy. The controller needs to be at least forty amps. And 30 ah.. For another five hundred dollars you can get a grizzly

@SHREDDIEMCSKATE I have just had to sell my talaria sting because of the uk police are taking them & crushing them if there not road legally registered here in the UK & to buy a talaria sting over here in the UK there around £4000-£4500 depending on the model you purchase so I have recently sold mine & just ordered the motor goat v3 which will still do 40mph plus but I won't get any problems with UK police because it has peddles plus it is a full twist throttle but just looks like hand grips so it is more stealthy but nearly as powerful as a talaria sting or talaria sting r but for half the price the total price including shipping customs taxes etc was £2200 all in for the bike plus shipping so I got a really good deal on it the only bummer is it is gonna take 30-40days for shipping before I recieve the bike at my address
