Yeah it’s a really cool middle ground. A sur Ron is just a dirt bike and it’s not pretending it isn’t, the people riding them are though. This knows it’s something in between and I don’t think any cop is gonna hassle you. “It’s got pedals!” Is all you need to say. They’ll be like oh yeah you’re right. The one without pedals are the bad ones. Then go on your way.

I have the FS Revv1 with a 20ah battery in the basket and a 20ah up top. Tonnis armor (however it’s spelled). I get 60 miles at full throttle and attract nothing but good attention. The basket allows for storage for a kryptonite lock and I have two molle bags, it’s great! 3,000 miles so far

Can't wait for if/when the Handlworks controller comes out for the Revv1. Top speed is fine, need more torque for the 9-11% incline hills around my place. Hate dropping to 17mph to go up a super steep hill. I feel like so many YT reviewers live in the flattest places on earth.

The the production FS Revv1 has that stutter as well. I think it's actually sloppiness with the front suspension. When you hit the acceleration, the bike pulls the front up a touch till the play in the front suspension is gone then it goes forward. I know the DRT has a different suspension, but it's still a cheaper spring rather than an air shock.

This new boost feature on these new Revv 1’s are basically just the same as the old stock first ones that came out. I tried them both, the newer ones without boost mode accelerates a lot slower than the first one so it just levels out really.

So, questions for you then. Thinking about this vs a Motor Goat V3. I don't think (or haven't seen a review from) you have covered anything about the Motor Goat V3, but is the Revv1 still something to get as a more fun bike with a more reliable company? I was looking at the Revv1 for a while, and then reviews of the MGV3 started to appear, and it seems like a steal at the price. But this boost mode on the Revv1 seems to the way. I am looking more at the regular full suspension model, just don't need the DRT version as I would drive more streets. The MGV3 looks cool, but I don't think I really need that much power, but the looks of the Revv1 is so damn fine. It is really dope that Ride1Up added the boost feature, and you are correct about it being a good thing to turn on when needed and not all the time.

​@@Flyingaceful I pulled the trigger on a Revv1. It really came down to the looks. Revv1 is just so good looking for it. I'm a heavier rider, and I know the Goat has more power, but for my fun driving the Revv1 is gonna be nice and get the job done. The Goat looks cool and a little more powerful, but (as someone said to me when I asked them which one looks better) it kind of looks like a kids bike. I some what agree, but ignoring that the Revv1 is still good looking. I also looked around for comments on other sites, and there seems to be some complaints about the shipping times, and delays on the Goat. That isn't a big issue for me, but that just keep coming up around sites like Reddit and Facebook. When pulling the trigger, they came out to about the same price when I included a center storage cage on the Revv1, and I want that for bike essential storage.

You still have the Talaria xxx? From what I’ve heard it’s a good bike to learn to wheelie on. I learned on my Surron and it was wayyyy easier than my 1k watt fat tire folder. Also have an Onyx RCR but that is not the bike to wheelie.. lol

What are your thoughts on DRT vs your Revv1? I don’t go off-road either but I do like the looks on the DRT with better suspensions. Should I go ahead spend the extra $300 on a DRT?

Goat is always on backorder and it doesn't look as good. There's are too many cons that for me personally, I can do without. I just prefer the revv1. I haven't ordered yet because Im still researching.. But it's in my top 2 currently. I'll be making my decision next week and placing the order for THE REVV1 version I stead of the DRT. I don't ride of road AT ALL. And for me, I'd just rather get the FS for $2300..I'm A New Yorker and I never go off road. For me to get the DRT it would be SPENDING MORE to SPEND EVEN MORE.. And still have no turn signals..I can just replace that rear shot for a small amount and keep moving. Eventually I may change the tires but rightnow.. I'd be very happy with the REVV1 FS. Either way, love that bike!!

@@bornwitpeace9542 I think Billy goat and power goat are in stock and ready to ship the motor goat vary on color. DRT will be to noisy for city riding. those tires very loud . Goat bikes are in different category. You might want to compare Ghostcat which very similar feeling as bouncy and comfortably but better priced and more powerful motor. I will have video of the F3 this week and discount until 08.05
