Very refreshing to see a front load, you dont need your bars up to your chin like a scooter, kids..
@diegossotto6 жыл бұрын
Yeah but it looks like hes riding the top load at the top of the fork so the set up is till high, unlike the mid 200s when we would cut down the forks to run slammed
@joeblow7046 жыл бұрын
@@diegossotto 0:20 Theres just a bearing cover under the stem. So that is slammed. I know what you're saying though I run 2 or 3 spacers cuz my bars are only 8.25 animals its just progression I mean I prefer the look of slammed/frontload but with afew spacers & topload theres so much more room for turndowns etc & riding looks alot smoother than being all crammed up.

Is that one of those frames with the super long head tube that covers the whole forks without cutting down the forks??? Or is he cutting down the forks and riding a slammed stem like the mid 2000s style? An answer would be appreciated
@wethepeoplebikebrand6 жыл бұрын
The headtube is longer (127mm) but Jordan still cuts off 10mm off his fork steerer tube (to 160mm) so he has no spacers. That way you have a cleaner look without having the bar at too low of a position.
@diegossotto6 жыл бұрын
@@wethepeoplebikebrand thank you! Didn't mean to get too technical here but that is exactly what I thought! He does like to chop the forks, I do the same thing! And had just flipped my top load to get a frontload feel on the massive 9.5 bars I got which made my set up stupidly high and hindered many of my tricks. Thanks for the response again. CHEERS!!!
