VANS BMX STREET INVITATIONAL 2018 - FULL HIGHLIGHTS!

The 2018 Vans Street Invitational went down today in a blaze of fury. Best trick was absolute chaos but Kilian Roth took it home with an unreal down-rail manny to 180. Top 3 finishers were Garrett Reynolds (1st), Felix Prangenberg (2nd) and Chad Kerley (3rd) who all held down highly technical and consistent runs. The progression of BMX is getting to of control!

Oh, I know. It is just an observation that I think other people will find funny. I found it funny. That being said, I have no horse in this race, for lack of a better term. I wasn't trying to imply one company has better or more skilled riders than the other. Tom_nobreaks GR is good, but watching the contest he didn't deserve 1st. His runs seem like park runs with a few grinds. Kerley and others were more creative and did more true street tricks. A guy in the AM class with a 50\50 up rail to gap to crank arm was better than GR. I like him but your right about one thing I guess if he shows he gets 1st. Just IMO too often others get overlooked

I totally agree, it's the cramming such a big trick into such a tight space that makes it not fit in. Same with people doing like barspin, whip, barspin on box jumps and shit, all that cramming and rushing takes away all the style.
