Cucky Betamore A hard way spin is when you spin away from a rail or ledge whereas an easy spin is when you spin into the rail or ledge. They are called hard way because when you spin away from the obstacle your rear end has to clear the ledge or rail when you spin.

Cucky Betamore you can also do hard whips which would be tailwhipping into the obstacle instead of away from it. If this doesn't make sense I'm sorry. This is the best I can explain it.
