I have 2x Shimano GRX on an Al Scot gravel bike. I love it, shifts well and I take that bike on bike paths, forest roads and some local bush trails. In fact it’s so fun to ride I use it more than my Giant TCR road bike.

The rear thru axle has a manufactuerrs defect. It is almost impossible to put the rear rim back on once you take it off.

It is almost impossible to put the rear rim back on if you remove it. Fixing flats becomes a nightmare.

The rear tire thru axle does not go back in once you remove it. It is mislagnined and is a manufacturers defect and nightmare.
