The question was how do we create a safe place within our church community for individuals to share their struggles and vulnerabilities without fear of judgement? Can you guys talk to the young preachers that are single and all of what that entails… Also address church culture that tries to hook the pastor up with the members…. And do you all think that young single preachers or pastors should travel with someone to make sure they stay in the will. Thank you this show here is much needed!

When you say “hook up” do you mean sexual or possible relationship leading to marriage? If the latter, the other part of that conversation is men not being in the church, which also needs to be addressed. Tbh, I think most single preachers/pastors are having sex.
