The more of the videos I watch that you make on the GB350, more I like it. Didn’t really grab me at first. Sounds like it’s range is fairly similar the CB125. While in Sydney the other day, went into 99bikes and asked them if they sell those hand held electric tyre pumps that are advertised on facebook. He said no, but Supercheap sells a version one on. They are about the size of your fist. Very compact and may be quite useful bit of kit to carry.

I got the Rocky Creek Rechargeable Mini air compressor & is very small & I also got their Rocky Creek 4-1 Tyre repair tool.I tested it & it'll pump up a tyre in about 4-5mins depending on the size of tyre.Cost $200nz & 4-1 tool comes with 5tyre bungs in sheath & was $80.Rocky Creek is a Ausie company too & their is a mini pump they make that runs off the battery but I prefer the rechargeable one.I checked the charge after 10-11 weeks & had 3bars still from 4 bars & they reckon it lasts 3months.I carry it in a small tail bag & probably fit in some bike jacket pockets but would be to heavy.I use SW Motech Pro Plus Accessory Bag.
@michaelevans72605 ай бұрын
There’s a number of them out there. Coming from a cycling background, I’m particularly interested in the really light weight ones (rechargeable) that are also compact. They would be better than the small pumps you carry on your bike. The best pressure you can get in is about 40 pounds. Really not enough on a tyre that you normally run 80 to ninety pounds.for a negligible increase in weight, it’d serve as a better option. Carrying something like that on a motorbike, would be really useful.

@@michaelevans7260 I don't leave home without it & if phone 📱 goes flat can plug into pump to charge phone.Our roads are rough in NZ's 🇳🇿 North Island especially after Cyclone Gabrielle pot holes,cracks & Rechargeable smart pump is great piece of kit.My Rocky Creek pumps up to 120psi & think 🤔 there's a 150psi model & 120psi model weighs 583g in carry case.Comes in a carry case & dimensions are 16cm×13.5×4.8cm & pump is 14cm×8cm×4cm.It has 4 seperate pressure settings so front,rear wheel on bike & car & auto shut off.

Agree 100% with your 5 points Warro. Fit and finish is excellent. Love that I can fill up in the morning and ride all day without looking for a servo. For me I’d add sound of exhaust (great for a stock unit) and also overall looks and proportions. The RE looks great but for me I like the minimalist no-fuss look of the GB. Looking forward to your next video.

Warro, I really been enjoying your videos buddy. Been riding motorcycles for 29 years this April. After about 2 years of riding motorcycles. I swore never to have a bike with less than 1000cc’s. In 2022 I bought a DR650 and remembered how much I missed just taking a relaxing ride. Now I’m finding the mighty DR to be to big and powerful for the type of riding I enjoy now, so you have me looking At these small bikes just to bomb around bar hoping or just trying to get lost. Still think your Red & Chrome Classic is the way I want to go but this Honda has me thinking 💭. Cheers from your cousins in Canada 🍻

@@geekylucas well i did have a good run out there today so that was a plus. maybe next week i will give it a good long run on some of the local dirt roads i took the enfield on. it appears ok on the dirt and i know some good local remote roads. no use hitting them over the weekend but during the week i'd say i will be totally alone. that way no issues with bad drivers on wrong side of the track...lol

I like the GB 350 but wish they had a "Classic" version, i.e. Gloss paint work, spoked wheels, steel mudguards and conventional lighting. (not LED) I do understand the advantages of alloy wheels with tubeless tires and LED lighting, but I love my Classic 350 because it is a more "Retro" retro bike.

Oh man, I really want Honda to release this bike in my country! It's everything I need! I just looked at the different models offered in Honda India and they have so much variations in colorways, fairings, and features! Interestingly they use CB instead of GB, with base models called CB350, H'ness CB350, and CB350RS. And each base models have DLX, DLX Pro, DLX Pro Chrome, Custom, Legacy. I personally think it needs a version with a tubeless spoked rims to really up the classic look. For now, I'm gonna use your vids to scratch the itch. Fingers crossed Honda releases this in my country.

Aside from the overall visual aesthetics (these bikes, 350 and 350S, just speak to me), the tank is my favorite feature! I can't for the life of me figure out why other companies don't do larger tanks. With the fuel consumption on low-mid capacity bikes, you can forget yourself with a full tank on one of these babies. I also watched your highway video, and i'm glad it handles those ride modes quite well up to the speed limits, which are quite similar to what we have over here.
@ridewithwarro5 ай бұрын
it has no trouble running 100 kph faster if need be. still only easy on it with the low klm say 500 klm or 300 miles. it would easily get to 130 kph on flat country or so i think anyway. does require a bit of gear work as the speed incresses but its strong point i feel is in the first 3 gears where it can move along quite well and get you to near 100 kph

Hello Mr Warro, are those 'bobbins' on the top rear suspension mount & grab rail standard items on this model, or did you install them as aftermarket items?
@ridewithwarro5 ай бұрын
no i think they are just anchor points for luggage strapping in case one buys the factory rear rack or they may be just there to help secure the rear rack. another clip out later today on bike cruising along open highway

Cast wheels are great for the road but are brittle and easily cracked when hard shock is applied, leading to total air loss with no means of repair. There is a reason most dirt bikes have spoked rims, they are less prone to total failure and can be adjusted for out of round on the trail if you warp them. Yes, tubes can be a pain but in 40 years of riding I have only had two failures (due to me running bald tires). I have had two cast rims split on my tubeless tires due to shocks of deep potholes. Each style has positives and negatives but for dirt, stick with spokes.
@ridewithwarro5 ай бұрын
all good points there plus if you take cast on dirt show them some respect and take it easy

Looking at top speed on one site Warrior that says top speed is 170 km/h or 110 MPH. 100 km/h seems plenty fast for me. The seat looks beefy to me and I bet the bike would assume a different character with no pillion seat. ( Like on halycon the Grey ) Big game downtown Tomorrow. Perfect time to ride when everyone is off the roads. 🏈
@ridewithwarro5 ай бұрын
yeah i think they have that top speed site wrong. but it may do say 130 kph tops. either way 100 kph is the legal and it runs that pretty easy depending upon the terrain and what gear one is in. all the best

Rocky Creek Rechargeable Mini air compressor will pump up a tyre in 4-5mins & enough charge to pump up 3 front tyres or 2 rear 180/17 & their 4-1 Tyre repair tool.I did a video about 6months back on it very impressed with it & small.Also has USB charger & lead to charge if bike & light & a S.O.S light. The cheapo one's take 10mins to pump up a tyre & overheat after 10mins & are cheap & brittle. Motobatt do a Rechargeable Mini air compressor & Jump Starter in one for $260nz but air compressor not as good as Rocky Creek but has jump starter.
