Had the XF2 compact. The best made bivvy I’ve ever seen but I had to get shot of it exactly for the reason you said. The weight.

Love the look of these bivvies but over priced in my opinion. I may buy one in the future if they make them more competitive in price

No it don’t look it , but I’ve used it is some very bad storms and it’s not moved ( I did have the storm ropes on tho lol )

Not good in a head on wind. I've seen 1 get absolutely destroyed in a storm.

Yes to be fair I seen a lot of makes of bivvy destroyed in storms , I was out fishing in my big 2 man Ridgemonkey in one of those bid named storms and it served 😀
