Mate, nice one for that vid. Me and my pal thinking of buying. But seen a couple of reviews now about condensation problems. Have you come across bad condensation in heavy rain?

Good review and a cracking bivvy but the weight kills it for most people i nearly got 1 until I seen you need a forklift to take it to the peg , suppose it would be perfect for a week in France but if you move onto fish and don't like camping swerve at all cost

great video, thanks. I do 4x4 stuff and am torn between a roof top tent and this. When you say there is condensation is it just in the porch extension? or does it go through into the bed chamber? I agree that the lack of plastic in any of the windows is a shortcoming. Is it the same with the porch extension?? I'm asking as i do winter camping. Thanks.

Hi, glad you like the video. The condensation it is just in the porch and I don't have the porch but what I have seen yes it's the same no plastic windows

Hi! I’m also from the 4x4 world looking for a good tent for 3 people, also like the roof top tents but due to the cons & pros I think a good ground tent will fit better my needs. I’m honesty almost decided for the OZTent RV5, but this setup seems to improve the OZ’s one. I like this tent a lot but I’m concerned about condensation and the floor is not sewed to the door panel. What could tell me about that? Thanks a lot and congrats for honest and detailed review

? xf2 2man bivvy???? That only just holds one bedchair how can this be a 2man? Or is this the compact??

It would be the compact with that lack of room I think. Got some front calling it a 2 man - it's an xl 1 man at best

That is a XF Compact, not a Standard. 😅
