@@max666tall that's how it usually is with these kinds of stories. the MC doesn't understand how truly powerful they are cause of the mental (and sometimes physical) abuse, while the one that caused the MC to leave never understands just how good they have it until they're literally cornered from every direction with no options left. And this doesn't seem like the kind of story where she'll get an epiphany... Ruby is probably going to lose her life before she gets it.

I feel so bad about the treatments that lloyd had to endure, the way of other people perceived him. But all of his hardship was not in vain since he becomes so op and can fight any powerful foes. Also, SPOILERS ALERT You had been warned In novel, the bitch ruby get a small redemption arc and a little character development. She realized all the bad things she had done to lloyd but for some fucking annoying reason, she's still hesitate to admit all of her wrong doing. Me personally think that she doesnt even deserved a single forgiveness but since our mc is the generic op+pure heart character, he decide to reconcile. But hey, at least everyone now knows that she is nothing but a fraud, even as alchemist she just barely better than average. They exposed all of her lifetime achievements as bogus and it all thanks to lloyd who provide her goat tier materials. Also, lloyd were acknowledged as one of the most legendary figure across the world.
