The Burger King at Arrecife Airport is the best one I've ever been to as it's so busy, all the food is really fresh. For that last few Euro in the wallet/purse it's definitely worth it. Havi g said that, when I lived in Lanzarote, I flew to work every 8 weeks and aways bought water and cheese & ham croissants from Relay!

We always buy 2 large bottles of water the price on Jet2 for a small bottle outrageous n like you say i always get other things in PDC I love sitting outside last bit of sunshine before we hit the Uk 🇬🇧 😂

If you speak to most hotels they offer a packed lunch so day before check out ask reception and they will arrange that for you

I love Lanza airport, always get a beer and sandwich from Gamberinus. It is expensive but compared to UK airport prices it’s a bargain 😄

we always head to the Tropical bar terrace, beer not cheap but grab a table on the terrace and my husband then ups his nicotine levels ready for 4 hours on the plane back home . we always have a breakfast before we leave the hotel and so we dont have to get anything to eat then until we get home. The water thing is a good tip

I go to the second bar the four arrows, I get a pint for around €6, but the night before I go for a baguette and 8 ham slices of ( ocho)around €2, baguette, 50cts, ( spar) , cut it in half, hey presto, be there 2 weeks dos semanas 👌and Feb 4 weeks, see you soon😉 com'esta👍😂

Can’t avoid high prices in any airport I’m afraid if you enjoy a drink or 3 it’s definitely worth booking the longe, it’s small but quiet has WiFi & an outside terrace if u want fresh air before you board the food selection has improved from before the price is around 40 euros per person but it’s a treat at the end of the holiday You need to book or you won’t get in either in UK or on the airport’s own website (which is in English) Don’t use Holiday Extras they’re very poor indeed

Hi Dave, I have some good news for you. Drinking water is free at the airport. There is a drinking water fountain almost opposite boarding gate 3. If you take an empty bottle through security, you can fill it up for free.
