RIDICULOUSLY TASTY LAMB SHANK PIE - This is how Kosmeester Kortes make it. Super Easy!

Friends, what can one say when you feast like a king? Well, not much. You simply enjoy and savour every single moment. This lamb pie recipe was given to my by my sister Naomi on the farm, where they farm with sheep. Believe me when I say that they know how to get the very best out of said animal. Very easy to do, with a very few basic ingredients needed.
Shopping List (Ingredients):
4 Lamb Shanks
750ml boiling water
3 stock cubes (chicken or lamb)
2-4 Potatoes
2-4 Carrots
Large Cup of frozen Veg i.e. mixed peas and corn
3 Teaspoons of Garlic
Salt and Pepper or KMK Braaimeester Flavour Meat Spice to season
1 Pack of Mutton and Veg Soup Powder
A roll of Puff Pastry
1 Scrambled Egg to brush over pastry
