@@markmoore4088 All depends on the year of the bike, I've noticed my 2002 yz250 vibrates a lot more then my buddies 2008 yz250, I suppose it's because they are built different. Thats why I absolutely “love” any YZ250, because they are raw!! Because it’s a “RAW” 2 stroke dirt bike, it will in the end, make a much better rider, for whatever purpose you wish. My friend on his 2005, stock YZ125, enters all the hare and hounds, we live on Oahu Hawaii, there’s probably 500 people who enter, some rich puppy dogs some hardened seasoned guys, but Mongo just smashes them on their $15,000, no nothing do nothing “ain’t gotts da skill, but gots da money crew!” Don’t listen to this guy!! I own 4 YZs, if you are a realist and not an “electronic” bought and sold to China, and millions in RD, then the tried and true YAMAHA YZ250 is for you. I’ve owned a 92 Wr200RD, (still today if you could find one), one of the best enduro bike ever built, I’ve owned for many more years a 94 WR250Z, should have kept that bike. Today I have an 02 YZ250, 05 YZ250, an 05 YZ144, and a 2014 YZ250. Bikes are all completely rebuilt “new bikes” and are very capable with my family as the riders. I spent many in depth and know that Yamaha is still on top for the best local and serious rider without all cream on the top of this new automatic do nothing to help you become an electric non-skilled rider, “ oh I just passed a guy on a mountain bike!”

To your creditderek ..that track was very difficult for 250 noob..wet loose and deep..(sounds like my ex wife)..seriously the 250 is the most difficult of them all to master ..it wants to rap like a 125 and carries the punch closer to a 500..very hard to keep hooked up and going straight..the 125 goes straight when pinned easier and the big bore has loads of torque similar to a 4s..but when a guy gets it right the250 is pure magic ..ya ktm250 is a better bike since 2019. But the yz is very good and the suspenders are superb..especially the forks..the katoom shreds it though

So the only bike Right now for me is a sxf350 but I don’t know if that is a good choice. Have you a little tip for me?

If you're talking about brand new then the 250sxf want have anymore problems than any other brand of bike just comes down to how you treat and maintain it. Don't quite understand what you mean about the shifting problem in corners either. I'd definitely recommend the 250 over the 350 as a first big bike but that doesn't mean the 350 will be bad for you either just respect the power and you'll be fine
