Riding Amtrak's Empire Builder on the BNSF Scenic Subdivision from Leavenworth to Index

On August 4th, we headed to Seattle. While onboard, I mounted my GoPro in the rear Coach window to capture the rails of the Scenic Sub. My goal was to film till Everett, but it got too warm in the back window and shut down after Index. I hope you enjoy this time-lapse view of the Scenic Subdivision.

Excellent Video ! Thanks for Sharing ! I've ridden the Builder from Seattle to Whitefish on one occasion , and Whitefish to Seattle on another . Both trips spent mostly in the Dark

I love the trip over The Foss River Trestle at 23:31. And of course, Sunset Falls Lodge at 32.05. Nice Work Matthew!! This is a westbound from Leavenworth to Index so shouldn't this be a 7, not an 8?? Great Video!!!! How many gigs was that in raw form??
